Our rich pork broth (Tonkotsu) is made from pork and chicken bones. The rich flavour comes from a 12.5 hour process.

Our BBQ pork belly is slow-braised for up to 3 hours in our special marinade until it is amazingly tender, offering a mouth watering succulence. The pork just melts in your mouth.
